You may initiate a return within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

Pack the item securely in its original packaging, along with any accessories or documentation that came with it.

Include a copy of your original receipt or proof of purchase.

Ship the item to the address provided by our Customer Service team.

2. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

The time it takes for your refund to be processed may vary based on your payment method and financial institution.

3. Exchanges
