The RATO R3000IE inverter generator is ideal for powering your domestic and commercial equipment, from your garden tools to a small compressor and with a handle and wheels, it makes it easy to move around where needed.
With a rated output of 3,200 watts, this quiet generator can run for up to 8.5 hours on continuous 1/2 load operation.
The R3000iE features electronic start operation and a parallel-in function, meaning two inverter generators, with the same specifications or not, can be in joined with the RATO parallel to increase your power.

1. Returns
You may initiate a return within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, along with any accessories or documentation that came with it.
- Include a copy of your original receipt or proof of purchase.
- Ship the item to the address provided by our Customer Service team.
2. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
The time it takes for your refund to be processed may vary based on your payment method and financial institution.
3. Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it for a new one. Please contact our Customer Service team within 7 days of receiving the item to initiate the exchange process.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:
- Items that have been used or damaged by the customer.
- Items without their original packaging.
- Items that were marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
