    • Pack the item securely in its original packaging, along with any accessories or documentation that came with it.

    2. Refunds

    Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

     

    The time it takes for your refund to be processed may vary based on your payment method and financial institution.

     

    3. Exchanges

    If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it for a new one. Please contact our Customer Service team within 7 days of receiving the item to initiate the exchange process.
