- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, along with any accessories or documentation that came with it.

- Ship the item to the address provided by our Customer Service team.
2. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
The time it takes for your refund to be processed may vary based on your payment method and financial institution.
3. Exchanges
